Three Plead Guilty To Simple Pot Possession

Three persons pled guilty Tuesday in Cannon County General Sessions Court to the charge of simple possession of marijuana. Susan Melton served as the presiding judge.

• Bobby Ray Graves, pled guilty to simple possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail (suspended). He was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, and ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs.

• Amanda Michelle Kisamore pled guilty to simple possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail (suspended). She was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, and ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs.

• Ronnie Lynn Lattimore pled guilty to simple possession of marijuana. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail (suspended). He was placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days, and ordered to pay a $250 fine and court costs. A charge of possession of drug paraphernalia was dismissed.

In other cases Tuesday:

• Trevor Lanphere pled guilty to DUI (3rd offense) and was sentence to 11 months, 29 days (partially suspended) and placed on probation for 11 months, 29 days. He was ordered to serve 60 days in the county jail, given credit for time served, and order to pay a $600 fine and court costs. He will lose his license for two years. In another case, Lanphere pled guilty to driving while license revoked. He was placed on probation for six months, order to serve 48 hours in jail, and assessed a $50 fine. His license was revoked for one year.

• Thomas Franklin Hoover, pled guilty to driving while license revoked (for DUI). He was sentenced to six months in the county jail (partially suspended). He was placed on probation for six months. He was ordered to serve 48 hours in jail, pay a $50 fine and court costs, and will lose his license for one year.

• Angel Renae Ferrell pled guilty to possession of a Legion drug. She received a 30 day sentence in the county jail (suspended), 30 days probation, and ordered to pay a $50 fine and court costs. A charge of simple possession of a Schedule 2 drug was dismissed.

• Briseyda Alfaro pled guilty to no driver's license. She was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail (suspended), 30 days probation, and ordered to pay a $2 fine and court costs. Charges of 4 year old not in restraint and 13 year old not wearing seat belt were dismissed.

• Christopher John Saye pled guilty to driving while license revoked. He was sentence to 30 days in the county jail (suspended) and 30 days probation. He was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.  A charge of violation of the insurance law was dismissed.

• Bobbie J. Arledge pled guilty to driving while license revoked. She was sentenced to six months in the county jail (suspended), six months probation, and ordered to pay a $50 fine and court costs.

• Angela Rose Hodge pled guilty to aggravated burglary. She was sentenced to six months in jail. She also pled guilty to violation of probation (3rd offense) and was ordered to serve 102 days in jail. That sentence will run concurrent with the aggravated burglary sentence.

• Israel Guardado Baez pled guilty to no driver's. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail (suspended), 30 days probation, and ordered to pay a $2 fine and court costs.

• Perry A. Stembridge pled guilty to theft over $500. He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail (suspended) and was placed on probation for an equal amount of time. He was ordered to serve 25 days in jail and given credit for time served. He was also ordered to pay restitution on the amount of $738 and court costs. In another case, Stembridge pled gullty to forgery (three counts).  He was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days in the county jail (suspended) and was placed on probation for an equal amount of time, to run consecutive to the theft sentence, and ordered to pay court costs.

• Michael Ryan Sullivan pled guilty to a charge of driving while license suspended. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail (suspended) and 30 days probation. He was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Edward Pressley Tedder pled guilty to violation of probation. His probation was extended six months and he was credited for 52 days time served.

• Anthony Lee Parker pled guilty to driving while license suspended, was sentence to 30 days in the county jail (suspended) and 30 days probation. He was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Daniel Jessie Wimberley pled guilty to failure to yield at an intersection and was fined $2 and ordered to pay court costs.

• Jose Roberto Cortez-Escobar pled guilty to no driver's license. He was sentenced to 30 days in the county jail (suspended), 30 days probation, and ordered to pay a $2 fine and court costs. He also pled guilty to a charge of speeding and was ordered to pay a $2 fine and court costs.

• James D. Wolfe, charged with theft under $500 and vandalism, was continued for 12 months subject to good and lawful behavior. He must also pay restitution of $310 and have no contact with the victim or victim's family.

• Mark Steven Lawson, charged with vandalism, domestic assault (two counts), kidnapping and assault, was continued for 12 months, subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Marcus Edward Tenpenny, charged with theft over $1,000, aggravated burglary, driving without a license, no proof of insurance and registration violation, was bound over to the January 2011 term of the Cannon County Grand Jury.

• William Trevor Rein, charged with simple possession of Schedule drugs, was continued for six months, subject to good and lawful behavior.

• Brent E. Boyd, charged with theft, was dismissed.

• Keith Abraham McMackins, charged with possession of untaxed liquor, was dismissed.

• John McPeak, charged with aggravated assault, was dismissed.

• Jacquelyn Lynn Barrett, charged with shoplifting, was appointed an attorney. Her case was continued until Jan. 11, 2011.

• Rebecca Paige Bynum, no driver's license, was continued until Jan. 18, 2011.

• Mary Ellen Carmack, charged with burglary of a vehicle, theft under $500, vandalism under $500, and filing a false report, was appointed an attorney and had her case continued until Jan. 11, 2011.

• Dennis Ray Curtis, charged with DUI (1st offense), charged with simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, violation of the implied consent law, speeding 70/55, was continued until Jan. 18, 2011.

• Steve Dewayne Davis, charged with driving while license revoked (2nd offense), misuse of registration and no insurance, was continued until Jan. 18, 2011.

• Jeremy Wayne Duke, charged with driving while license suspended, was continued until. Feb. 15, 2011.

• Xochitl Escobedo, charged with no driver's license, was continued until Feb. 22.

• Jose Luis Espinosa, charged with dogs at large, was continued until Jan. 25, 2011.

• Kathleen Diane Farless, charged with DUI (1st offense), was continued until Jan. 25.

• Carl Eugene George, charged with DUI, was continued until Jan. 18, 2011.

• Daniel E. Hazel, charged with driving on a revoked license (11th offense), was continued until Jan. 11, 2011.

• Hugh Anderson Holliman, charged with driving on a suspended license (6th offense), was continued until Feb. 22, 2011.

• Larry Nile Hollis, charged with DUI (5th and 10th offenses), violation of the implied consent law (two counts) and possession of a Schedule drug was continued until Jan. 25.

• Bridgette Shyanne Johnson, charged with driving while license suspended (two counts), was continued until Dec. 21, 2010.

• Anthony Paul Lecuyer, charged with failure to give notice of an accident, was continued until Feb. 15, 2011.

• Junior E. Maldonado, charged with no driver's license, was continued for six months, subject to good and lawful behavior, and complying with immigration requirement to acquire a valid work permit,.

• Janet E. Marren, charged with aggravated assault, was continued until Jan. 25, 2011.

• Ashley Dawn Meeks, charged with promotion of methamphetamine manufacture and possession of Shchedule VI drug, was continued until Feb. 15, 2011.

• Tequilla M. Miller, charged with driving while license revoked, was continued until Dec. 21, 2010.

• Princess N. Odom, charged with violation of probation (1st offense, two counts), driving while license suspended, was continued until Dec. 21, 2010.

• Harold M. Prater, charged with DUI (2nd offense), was continued until Jan. 25, 2011.

• Robert David Rose, charged with DUI and leaving the scene of a property damage accident, was dismissed.

• Kayla Rena Sanders, charged with DUI, was continued until Jan. 18, 2010.

• Donald Wayne Smith, charged with public intoxication, filing a false report, DUI, violation of the implied consent law, aggravated domestic battery, reckless endangerment (two counts), was continued until Jan. 25, 2011.

• William Kelly Spradley, charged with driving while license suspended, registration violation, and violation of the financial responsibility law, was continued until Feb. 15, 2011.

• Barry Lee Spurlock, charged with DUI, was continued until Jan. 11,

• Brittney Faye Tenpenny, charged with driving while license suspended (two counts), violation of the financial responsibility law and registration violation, was continued until Feb. 15, 2011.

• Terry Brian Tramel, charged with driving while license suspended, violation of the financial responsibility law, solicitation of the delivery of a controlled substance, was continued until Feb. 15, 2011.

• Robyn Alesha Wilmoth, charged with DUI, violation of the implied consent law, driving while license suspended, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, was appointed an attorney and had her case continued until Jan. 18, 2011.
