Three Have Cases Bound Over To Grand Jury

Three defendants had their cases bound over to the September term of the Cannon County Grand Jury in General Sessions Court Tuesday.

• Twila W. Lack, who faces charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, simple possession of Schedule II drug, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with evidence.

• Michelle Lynn Pyron (Alexander), who faces charges of promotion of methamphetamine manufacture, simple possession of a Schedule II drug and tampering with evidence.

Lack and Pyron were arrested on June 25 by Woodbury Police Patrolman John Fesmire following a traffic stop on Lester St.

They were found to be in possession of items used and/or intended to be used in the promotion of methamphetamine. The items included meth-tainted coffee filters, lithium batteries and ammonia nitrate.
They were also found to be in possession of a substance that tested positive for methamphetamine. Coffee filters were pushed into a Pepsi bottle. The liquid content of the bottle was tested.

Lack and Alexander allegedly attempted to destroy/tamper with the meth-tainted coffee filters and/or methamphetamine by forcing the items into the Pepsi bottle. The bottle was full of soda. The soda tested positive for meth.

• Glenn Allen Climer II, who faces charges of criminal trespass, aggravated child endangerment and resisting arrest.

Climer was visiting his uncle at 702 Bailey Court, Woodbury, on March 28 when his actions alledgedly put his uncle and other guests in fear for their safety, or in fear of harm, according to the arrest warrant.

Climer had left and returned and started talking to the ceiling, telling the (people) he was talking to to come and kill him.

When law enforcement attempted to get Climer to leave, he refused to do so. When officers attempted to take Climer into custody, he started pulling away, refused to comply with demands, and fought with the officers.

While officers were trying to take Climer into custody, he was holding a 1-year-old child. When his girlfriend tried to take the child from him, Climer grabbed the legs of the child and pulled them as if he were trying to pull the child in half while the girlfriend was screaming for him to let go, that he was hurting the child.

Climer was purposely trying to use the child as a shield against law enforcement and his actions were atrocious and cruel, the warrant alleges.

The grand jury will convene on Sept. 16.
