Theresa Anne Eden Raines, age 75, of Woodbury passed away Monday, August 13, 2018 at her home. She was born on November 12, 1942 to the late Herman & Marie Nocton Eden in Davidson Co.

Ms. Raines was a member of the New Hope Church of Christ and was the owner of Raines Tax Service. Theresa enjoyed spending time with her family & friends and loved to go camping. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred "Dump" Raines; Children, George L. "Bubba" Raines & Anne Anderson; and her sister, Catherine Wood.

She is survived by her children, Alfred "Tut" (Rhonda) Raines of Auburntown, Thad (Robin) Raines & Missy (Lee Wayne) Nichols, both of Woodbury; Son-in-law, Mickey Anderson of Auburntown; Grandchildren, Megan Myers, Russell Shelton, Daniel Carpenter, Jennifer Jones, Tori & Jake Raines, Dustin Nichols, Jason Holland, Phillip Miller, & Carri Gleason; and Special Friend, Buddy Alexander of Woodbury. Eight Great Grandchildren also survive.

Funeral Services will be 2 PM Thursday, August 16, 2018 in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Ralph Richardson & Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow at Riverside Gardens Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 to 9 PM Wednesday, August 15 & 12 PM to 2 PM Thursday, August 16 at the funeral home. Nephews will serve as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society.
