Thelma T. Hollandsworth, age 96 of Murfreesboro died Saturday April 23, 2011. She was a native of Cannon County and was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Dallas Hollandsworth; Daughter, Linda Gayle Mingle, granddaughter, Kelli Hollandsworth Wilson, great-granddaughter, Maggie Jones, son-in-law, Bobby Reed, daughter-in-law, Jeannette Hollandsworth, parents, Lawton and Meda Goode Todd; Sister, Geraldine Rigsby, and three brothers, Palmer, Howard and Leighmon Todd. Mrs. Hollandsworth was a member of Dilton Church of Christ and was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by three sons, Glenn Hollandsworth and wife Peggy, Larry Hollandsworth and wife Rita, Gary Hollandsworth and wife Carol; three daughters, Shirley Reed Thomas and husband, Gary, Brenda Armstrong and husband, Ronald, Claudia Johnson and husband, Randy. Son-in-law, Larry Mingle and wife Peggy; Grandchildren, Daryl and Bret Reed, Cheryl Womack, Chris Hollandsworth, Greg Armstrong, Lisa Harvey, Regina Roberts, Todd, Angel and Cory Hollandsworth, Lori Gren, Joshua Hollandsworth, Kimberly Atwood, Kyle Sandlin, and 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild; Brothers, J.C. Todd, and Carl Todd; Sisters, Pauline Robinson, Stella Rogers, and Doris Clouse. The family would like to express special thanks to Community Care of Rutherford County for their loving care.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM Thursday at Woodfin Memorial Chapel with Nadeem Sabir officiating, burial will follow in Coleman Cemetery with grandson as pallbearers.
