Theft, drug charges heard in General Sessions

Judge Susan Melton presided over General Sessions Court on Tuesday. Some of the results of the various cases that appeared on the docket included:

Clayton Thomas Adams agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 37 days and his probation was extended 22 months.

Jonathan Dale Davis agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 30 days and his probation was extended 10/29. In another case Davis pled guilty to theft under $500. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

Christopher A. Dykes pled guilty to theft under $500. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying restitution and the costs.

Daniel Colt Eastman agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

Robert Anthony Goff agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

Brian Kelley Hatcher pled guilty to hunting over bait. He was fined $100, ordered to pay the costs and lost his hunting privileges for 1 year.

Charles Thomas Hudson pled guilty to hunting over bait. He was fined $100, ordered to pay the costs and lost his hunting privileges for 1 year.

Andrade Cade Herrod pled guilty to criminal trespassing. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Charles Edward Keele pled guilty to reckless endangerment. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 5 days, equal time on probation, paying a $525 fine and the costs.

James David Marter pled guilty to DUI. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 48 hours, equal time on probation, paying a $350 fine and the costs.

Steven Randel Melton pled guilty to driving on a revoked license. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $150 fine and the costs.

Jesse Lee Miller agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 21 days and his probation was extended 11 months 8 days.

Kenneth R. Mooneyham pled guilty to driving on a revoked license. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail.

Kristopher Lynn Mullins-Cross agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months 29 days.

Lauren Pegg pled guilty to theft under $500. She was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $50 fine, paying restitution and the costs. In another case Pegg pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. She was sentence to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $150 fine and the costs.

Shawn Andrew Pomeroy agreed to the violation of his probation. His probation was extended 23 months 28 days.

Gary Wayne Prater pled guilty to violating an order of protection. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was partially suspended upon serving 15 days, equal time on probation and paying the costs.

Marlin Christopher Prater agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve 21 days and his probation was extended 11 months 29 days. In another case Prater pled guilty to simple possession. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $750 fine and the costs.

Paul Emerson Walker agreed to the violation of his probation. He was ordered to serve his original sentence of 11 months 29 days in jail.

Coty Ferrell agreed to the violation of his probation. He was given credit for time served in jail and his probation was extended 11 months 29 days. In another case Ferrell pled guilty to domestic assault. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation and paying the costs. In another case Ferrell pled guilty to simple possession. He was sentenced to 11 months 29 days in jail. That sentence was suspended upon equal time on probation, paying a $750 fine and the costs.

 

Cannon County Sheriff's Department

Stolen Vehicle
Deputy Andrew Colwell spoke with a complainant about a vehicle that was stolen from her property.
Rosa Estes and Rose Brown reported that a white 1962 Ford Falcon was stolen on Big Hill Road. The car belonged to Mrs. Brown's father who had passed away in October 2013.

Violations of probation
Daniel Colt Eastman, Kristopher Lynn Mullins-Cross, Coty Brandon Ferrell and Terry Brian Tramel were all charged with violation of probation.

 

Woodbury Police

Savannah Charlamain Schultz was charged with criminal impersonation by using the personal information of her sister when issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance by Patrolman John House. She faces possession of a Schedule IV drug, Xenex in addition. A hearing is set for March 11 in General Sessions Court.

Gary Dwight Hale was charged with DUI by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for April 8.

Lena Jones was charged with driving on a suspended license by Patrolman Sebastian Krauss. A hearing is set for May 14.
