Teresa Smith Pelsue

Services for Teresa Smith Pelsue, 49, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with visitation from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday, Nov. 1, 2013. Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery.

She died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013 at her home. A Cannon County native, Ms. Pelsue was preceded in death by her parents, Harris and Barbara Higgins Smith and her daughter, Melissa Butcher. A member of the Baptist Church, she was a homemaker.

Survivors include her daughter, Lindsey Butcher Sullivan of Woodbury; grandchildren, Emily, Hannah and Austin Sullivan, all of Woodbury; siblings, Marie (Ray) Ferrell of Lebanon, Pat Maxwell of Murfreesboro, Jeannie (Randy) Durham of Readyville, Robert (Joyce) Smith, Ronnie Smith, Jeffery (Ann) Smith, Sammie (Janice) Smith and Mikey (Sharon) Smith, all of Woodbury; friend, Robert Holden of Murfreesboro; several nieces and nephews also survive.
