Candice Blair Stoetzel and Bruce Lee Payne were married on September 6, 2014.The bride is the daughter of Teresa Scott Stoetzel and the late Robert "Bob" Stoetzel. Grandparents are the late Ray and Joy Scott and Frank and Elaine Stoetzel.

The groom is the son of Shelley Cook and the late Bruce Allen Payne. The rustic ceremony was held outside of their home in Woodbury, Tennessee, with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating at the ceremony. Handmade decorations adorned the venue in their wedding colors of yellow, gray, and black.

Given in marriage by her mother, the bride was attended by seven of her friends as Matrons of Honor and bridesmaids. Her niece carried the long train of her Allure bridal gown. It was a strapless ballgown which featured layers of airy English net covered with lace appliques. Underneath the top lace layer was blush material. The bodice was a beautiful lace corset and covered buttons from top to bottom. The bride carried a beautiful bouquet made of brooches given by guests at the bridal shower.

The couple lit memorial candles for both of their fathers that had passed away prior to the wedding. A flower memorial was set up in memory of the groom's Dad's who passed away August 29. Memorial chairs for the bride's Dad and Grandma, who passed away August 8 sat on each side of the bride's Mother. For their unity ceremony, the couple carved their initials into the tree they were married under.

The bride graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work. She is employed by Special Kids in Murfreesboro.

The groom is a graduate of Dickson County High School and is employed by Miracle Method in Smyrna.
The couple took a honeymoon to Oklahoma and Arkansas and has settled into their home together in Woodbury.
