Stem charged with 19th driving on revoked license offense

Robert Russell Stem, Woodbury, was charged with his 19th offense of driving on a revoked license by the Cannon County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) on July 14. Bond was set at $5,000. Stem was also served a warrant for violation of probation. His total bond is $15,000. He was appointed an attorney in Cannon County General Sessions Court on July 18. His next court date is Aug. 8.
• Linda F. Jones, Bradyville, was charged with DUI first offense on June 30 by the Woodbury Police Department (WPD). The alleged offense occurred on Feb. 1 when Jones was driving on West Main Street in Woodbury. The toxicology report was received on June 9. Jones was appointed an attorney in General Session Count on July 18. Her next court date is Aug. 15.
• Mary-Jane Neeley, Hillsboro, was charged with DUI first offense and open container on July 13 by the CCSO following a traffic stop on Short Mountain Highway. The arrest warrant states an open can of Bud Light was observed in Neeley's vehicle. Bond was set at $1,500. Initial court date is Nov. 7.
• Leigh Allen Kilgore, Woodbury, was charged with DUI on July 17 by the WPD. She was charged following a traffic stop on East Main Street. Initial court date is Oct. 10.
• Robert Jason Francis, Auburntown, was charged with theft of property on July 18 by the WPD. Francis is alleged to have stolen an Ocean Spray drink valued at $1.99. Initial court date is Aug. 8.
• Tara V. Free, Auburntown, was charged on July 17 with domestic assault by the CCSO. The arrest warrant states Free sprayed the alleged victim in the eyes with glass cleaner. Bond was set at $2,000. Initial court date is Sept. 5.
• Jeffrey Howard Bean, Woodbury, was charged with dog-at-large by the CCSO on July 8. The complainant showed the investigating officer photographic evidence allegedly showing Bean's dog on their property. Initial court date is Sept. 5.
• Mario Fernando Vazauez Hernendez, Nashville, was charged with driving on a suspended license by the Tennessee Highway Patrol on July 10. Initial court date is Aug. 15.
• Donna Beth Roberts, Woodbury, was charged with leaving the scene (property damage) of an accident on July 2 by the WPD. The alleged offense occurred following an incident involving another vehicle on Terrace Lane. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is Aug. 8.
• Gregory A. Smith, Woodbury, was charged with driving on a revoked license and joyriding on July 11 by the WPD. Bond was set at $2,000. Smith appeared in General Sessions Court on July 18. During the appearance, his charges were combined with a prior offense citing him with domestic violence. All cases against him were rescheduled for Aug. 8.
• Daniel E. Berry, Smyrna, was charged with simple assault and vandalism on July 9 by the CCSO following an alleged incident on Petty Gap Road in Woodbury, Total bond was set at $6,500. Initial court date was set for Sept. 5.
• Glenna Lorance, Woodbury, was charged with simple possession of a Schedule II drug and possession of drug paraphernalia by the CCSO following an alleged incident outside Blue Wing Market. Bond was set at $2,000.
• Stephanie Michelle Mooneyham, Smithville, was served a state violation of probation warrant in the booking room of the Cannon County Jail on July 13. She is scheduled to appear in Cannon County Circuit Court on Aug. 10.
• Joshua Cody Gilley was charged with aggravated domestic assault, simple possession of a Schedule VI drug and possession of drug paraphernalia on July 11 by the CCSO.
