Michael B. Gingerich, driving on a suspended license, speeding 112/55, violation of the registration and insurance laws.

Stevie R. Miranda, driving on a revoked license, speeding 51/30.

Alejendro Azama Santiago, no driver's license, speeding 40/15, violation of the insurance law.

Zachary Robert Smith, no driver's license, two counts.

Joshua Lee Underwood, reckless driving.
