Chad Fox was arrested on Blair Branch Road on maintaining a dwelling and initiating the process of manufacturing methamphetamine.

Jeffery Banta was arrested on aggravated domestic assault following an incident at his parents' home on Bush Road.

The theft of five "junk" vehicles from 210 Soloman Lane is being investigated by the Sheriff's Department. Taken were a blue 1965 Impala, 1995 Saturn, a 1970 Chevy 4x4 long bed, a 1970 Chevy pickup and a 1970 Chevy brown and tan pickup.

Ernest Barber was charged with driving on a suspended license and with leaving the scene of an accident following a single-car crash on McMinnville Highway.
Britteny Moore was traveling north on Jim Cummings Highway when her car struck a piece of metal that had fallen from another vehicle in the north bound lane. The metal lodged under the front bumper of the vehicle and damage was done to the front bumper.

Donald Smith was charged with DUI third offense following a traffic stop on Jim Cummings Highway.

Marcus Tenpenny was charged with burglary, vandalism and evading arrest by Patrolman C. Brown following an incident on South McCrary Street. A preliminary hearing is set for March 12 in General Sessions Court.
