Eight people on probation were recently served with violation warrants by the Cannon County Sheriff’s Dept.

• Alan C. Dickson, 1078 Mingle Rd., Woodbury, was served a warrant for Violation of Probation on April 30. Dickson was convicted of DUI 1st Offense on Feb. 16, 2010 and as part of his sentence was placed on probation from that date until Feb. 16, 2011. He allegedly violated the terms of probation by failing to report to his probation officer and failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is May 22.

• Rodney Hugh Janovsky, 212 Hillview Rd., Woodbury, was served a warrant for Violation of Probation on May 1. Janovsky was convicted of Possession of Schedule VI Drugs (marijuana) on Nov. 9, 2010 and was placed on probation following his first revocation from March 30, 2010 to Feb. 27, 2011. He allegedly violated probation be failing to report to his probation officer and failing to pay all court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution as directed.

• Brent Michael Prewitt, 7636 Barlow Lane,Murfreesboro, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on April 29. Pewitt was convicted of Failure To Appear and Underage Consumption Of Alcohol on Feb. 1 and was placed on probation until Sept. 29, 2012. He allegedly violated probation by failing a drug test and failing to pay all court, fines and probation fees. Bond was set at $2,500. Court date is May 22.

• William D. Labbe, 1600 Laurel Ledge Dr., LaVergne, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on April 26. Labbe was convicted of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia on Feb. 21 and was placed on judicial diversion until Feb. 20, 2013. He allegedly violated probation by testing positive for marijuana on April 4. He was also failed to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $2,500. Court date is July 31.

• Boyce Tyrone Brown, 8149 McMinnville Hwy., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on May 3. Brown was convicted of DUI 2nd Offense on Aug. 2, 2011 and was placed on probation until July 30, 2012. He has allegedly refused to submit to a drug screen, failed to pay courts costs, fines and fees and failed to attend and complete alcohol rehab as directed. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is June 5.

• Nathan Lewayne Davis, 1058 Hollow Springs Rd., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on May 4. Davis was convicted of Theft on Nov. 9, 2010 and following his first revocation was placed on probation until Dec. 17, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation by testing positive for amphetamines and failing to pay costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $10,000. Court date is May 15.

• Lisa Diane Teague Hickman, 1198 Richmond Rd., Watertown, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on April 26. Hickman was convicted of three counts of Passing A Worthless Check on Feb. 22, 2011 and was placed on probation until Feb. 22, 2012. She has allegedly violated probation by failing to report to her probation officer and failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Bond was set at $2,500. Court date is June 5.

• Gregory Alexander Clark, 115 Meadowbrook Dr., Woodbury, was served a Violation of Probation warrant on April 25. Clark was convicted of Joyriding on July 6, 2010 and following his second revocation was placed on probation until April 5, 2012. He has allegedly violated probation by failing to pay court costs, fines, supervision fees and restitution. Court date is May 22.
