• Jimmy L. Driver, 1650 Simpson Rd., Woodbury was charged by Investigator Anthony Young with theft over $1,000 and criminal trespass on March 8. The theft charge resulted from Investigator Young’s investigation of the theft of a Cub Cadet lawnmower which occurred on August 16, 2010. Total bond was set at $3,500. Initial court date is May 8.

• Lucas Christopher Nemeth, 2696 Barfield Rd., Murfreesboro, was charged with theft of services on March 7 by Deputy Reed Bryson.
