Seaple Loretta Simpson

Seaple Loretta Simpson, 76, died Tuesday, April 14, 2011 at NHC - McMinnville following an extended illness.

A resident of McMinnville, she was a native of Cannon County.

Survivors include her children, Deliah Gregory of Macon Co., Haskel Wade Merritt of Woodbury and Nina Judkins of McMinnville; grandchildren, Dustin Gregory, Greg Mayfield and Rachelle Mayfield; and sister, Hilda Bogle of McMinnville.

She was preceded in death by her parents, J.B. and Octa Murphy Mathis; her husband, Albert Eugene Simpson and her daughter, Joan Todd.

A member of the Baptist church, she was a housewife.

Funeral services will be held in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Sunday, April 17, 2011.

Burial will be in Centerhill Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. – 9 p.m. Saturday, April 16, 2011.
