S. E. (Betty) George Ledna

Sarrah Elizabeth (Betty) George Ledna, age 85 of Munster, IN, passed away Monday, March 14, 2011.

She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Michael “Mickey”; one daughter, Lisa (Guy) Regnier; one son, Timothy Ledna; six grandchildren: Timothy Ledna, Jr., Jessica, Vanessa and Stephan Regnier, and Jason and Brian Torres-Regnier; daughter-in-law, Noreen Gilham; one sister and brother, Ernestine Tate and Grady George Sr. of Cannon County, one brother, Freland (Judy) George, of Manchester, TN, Howard George of Lowell,  IN, and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was the daughter of the late Sammie and Jennie Tate George of Cannon County.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at 12:00 noon at the Anthony & Dziadowicz Funeral Home, 9445 Calumet Ave. (at 45th St.), and Munster, IN with Rev. Richard Orlinski officiating. Burial Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville, IN. Visitation Wednesday morning from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon at the funeral home.
