Ruth Bethel, age 94, passed away Friday, September 18, 2015 at Woodbury Health Care. She was a native of Cannon County.

Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Betsy (Edward) Leach, Bobby (Joyce) Dutton, & Tammy (Tim) McNatt; Great nieces & nephews, Deborah (Tommy) Shahan, Anythony (Paula) Leach, Tim Dutton, Nicole (Chad) Montgomery, Bill Grizzle, Chad (Sara) McNatt, & Ashleigh McNatt.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ernest & Susie Campbell Grizzle; husband, Charlie Eural Bethel; & 2 infant sons.

Ms. Bethel was a member of the Auburn Baptist Church and was retired from the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center where she was an LPN.

Funeral services will be 2 PM Sunday, September 20, 2015 at the Auburn Baptist Church with Bro. Jerry Obsorne officiating. Interment will follow at Donnell Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 4 to 8 PM Sat. September 19 & 1 PM until time of service Sun., Sept. 20.
