Ronnie Gale Barrett

Ronnie Gale Barrett, 66, passed away suddenly Friday, Feb. 27, 2015 at Stones River Hospital. He was a native of Cannon Co.

He is survived by his children, Amy Gale Parker and Jamie Kay (Robert) Slatton both of Woodbury, Teresa Lynn Barrett and Jeffrey Michael (Brandy) Barrett both of Murfreesboro; Grandchildren: Will (Shellie) Parker, Jake Schwartz, Haylie Kay Schwartz, Dillon Clay Parker, Kinley Felts, Bo Grady Parker, West Slatton, Cassie Barrett, Alisha Barrett, Nathan Barrett, Nicole Barrett, Alex Norwood and Kayla Norwood; Great Grandchildren: Lillie, Ada, Cain, Hallie, Haze, Day & Avery; Brothers-in-law: John Goff & Larry Vinson, Sr.; Nieces and Nephews: Ricky, Randy & Larry Vinson, Jr., Robbie & Faye Youngblood, Diana Mahaney and Nancy Goff; Great Nieces: Heather, Lema, Larena, Brandi, Ashley, Ryan, Amanda, Christy, Shelby & Emily; Special Friends: Ray Brazwell & Verbal Roach.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clayton Aubrey & Carrie Bell Barrett; his sisters, Sue Goff, Joyce Vinson and Linda Taylor and his special friend, Glenda Dawls.

Ronnie was an avid gardener and worked in heating and air.

Funeral Services will be 1 pm Monday, March 2, in the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Greg Mitchell officiating. Interment will follow in the Blues Hill Cemetery. Visitation with the family will be from 2 pm to 8 pm Sunday, March 01, 2015.
