Readyville Man Arrested For Domestic Assault

A recent quarrel between a man and his girlfriend led to his arrest.

Timothy Dean Clark, 287 Country Lane, Readyville, was charged with domestic assault on June 13 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve McMillen. It is alleged that Clark, while in an argument with the victim, allegedly pushed her, pulled her hair four times, and inflicted three scratch marks on her chest and one on her mouth. Bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is July 12.

• David McPeak was served an arrest warrant for failure to appear on June 4 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Moss. McPeak was scheduled to appear in Cannon County General Sessions Court on Feb. 22 to answer charges of aggravated assault and theft. Bond was set at $100,000. Initial court date is July 12.

• Jennifer Lee Deese, 206 Crimson Tide Lane, McMinnville, was charged with driving on a suspended license on June 10 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Eric Moss. Deese was stopped on Stones River Road for failure to maintain lane of travel. A release citation was issued. Initial court date is July 5.

• Justin Deaton was served an arrest warrant for violation of probation at 130 McBroom St. on June 8 by Cannon County Sheriff’s Deputy Steve McMillen and Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire. He was booked at the Cannon County Jail.
