Raegan Grace Simons, infant, died August 8, 2009, at Centennial NICU. She was a resident of 1155 Ivy Bluff Trail, Woodbury, TN, and the daughter of Tony and Stephanie Jacobs Simons of Centertown.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Kolby Walker Simons of Centertown; a half brother, Houston Simons of McMinnville; grandparents, Bobby and Pam Jacobs of Centertown and Elizabeth Somons of Jacksboro, TN; great-grandparents, Edzel and Dean Jacobs of Centeertown; uncles, Jonathan (Kandy) Jacobs of McMinnville and Larry Simons of McMinnville; cousins, Keely and Leah Jacobs, Jacob (Dee) Simons and Gabe, Tiffany (Ben) Wheatley and Kristen Simons.

She was preceded in death by grandfather Lafonzo Simons.

Funeral servers were Sunday, Aug. 9, at Bratchers Crossroads Free Methodist Church with Bro. Bobby Wheeler officiating. Interment was in Centertown Cemetery.
