Quixie Brown Merriman Bogle

Quixie Brown Merriman Bogle, 77, died Friday, Dec. 7 at Baptist Hospital. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 10 at the Chapel of Woodbury Funeral Home with Bro. Joseph Finch officiating. Burial will be at Melton Bogle Cemetery.

Visitation was held 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 9 at Woodbury Funeral Home.

A Greenbriar, Tn., resident, she was a Cannon County native.

Survivors include three grandchildren, Ryan Hyde and Adam Hyde, both of Springfield and Sabrina (Henry) Haley of Cedar Hill; three great-grandchildren, Aurora, Gavin and Daphne Haley; and sisters, Christine Todd and Peggy Mingle, both of Woodbury; and Joy Young of Alabama.

A member of Woodlawn Church of Christ, she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Lillard and Kirgie Wilcher Merriman; husband, Frank Allen Bogle; daughter, Dorinda Hyde and brother, Tommy Merriman.
