Shots fired

Mark Stanley Cannon, 58, was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly fired shots at two men in a drive-by shooting in Warren County.

No one was injured during the incident on Robert Smith Road. A woman, who had been a passenger in Cannon's vehicle, said he grew angry when he spotted one of the two men. She claimed he pulled out a pistol, rolled down the window and opened fire.

After witnessing the incident, the woman got out of Cannon's vehicle. He then drove away.

A hearing is set for June 6 in Warren County.

Multiple Charges

Joshua Kevin Vickers was charged with evading arrest by motor vehicle, evading arrest by foot, driving on a suspended license, vandalism, aggravated burglary and theft. A hearing is set for June 6 in General Sessions Court.

Destiny Thompson and Howard Cook were arrested following a traffic stop on West Main Street in Woodbury. Thompson was charged with an active violation of probation. Cook was charged with improper registration and with a violation of financial responsibility. Hearings are set for May 2.

Marcus Justin Jones was charged with theft of property, aggravated burglary and theft of property. A hearing is set for June 6 in General Sessions Court.

Robert Russell Stem was charged with driving on a revoked license, DUI, possession of a Schedule 2 controlled substance (oxycodene) and possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for August 8 in General Sessions Court.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Barbara Ann Hodge was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 9 in General Sessions Court.

DUI

Stephen Adam Brown was charged with DUI, first offense, by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for August 8 in General Sessions Court.

Bond Violation

Dustin L. Nichols was charged with a violation of bond conditions by Patrolman Joshua Thomas. A hearing is set for May 9 in General Sessions Court.

Driving on a Revoked

James Frederick Summers was charged with driving on a revoked license by Patrolman John House. A hearing is set for May 9 in General Sessions Court.
