WHEREAS, Charles Anthony Hutchison and wife, Christie Renee Hutchisonse (sic), by a Deed of Trust dated April 26, 1996, of record in Trust Deed Book 130, page 228, Register's Office for cannon County, Tennessee ("Deed of Trust"), conveyed to Steve A. Public Notice - Intent to File an Application with USDA, Rural
Development, Rural Utilities Service
The Town of Woodbury of Cannon County intends to fi le an application with USDA, Rural Development in order to construct a new Waste Water Treatment Plant to replace the existing plant which has reached the end of its useful life. The total anticipated project cost is currently estimated to be $8,000,000.00, and the Town intends to file an application for funding through the USDA Rural Development Rural Utility Services program to include a grant/loan combination. A public information meeting for all interested parties will be held during the regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Aldermen on July 3, 2018 at 7:00 PM local time at the Woodbury Town Hall, 101 West Water Street, Woodbury, TN 37190. The purpose of this meeting will be to give the public an opportunity to become acquainted with the proposed project and to comment on economic and environmental impacts, service areas, alternatives, and other issues. Representatives will be available to explain the proposal and answer questions.
