A lawsuit has been commenced against you in the Cannon County General Sessions Court (Case No 18-CV-148), Cannon County Court House, Woodbury, Tennessee 37190, by Boyd F Gentry for your failure to provide services for which you have recieved payment under contract. As the US Postal Service was unable to deliver the Certified Mail summons sent to you and reported on the Product Tracking & Reporting list with the notation "moved, left no address", your notice will be published in the Cannon Courier for the next four weeks. A copy of the Summons is available for you at the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk, Cannon County Court House, or by contacting the plaintiff. In order to defend against the lawsuit, you must respond to the Compliant by filing an answer stating your defense in writing and servicing a copy to the Plaintiff prior to the hearing at 8:30AM, July 24, 2018, the Cannon County Court House. A default judgement may be entered against you without notice.

TERMS OF PROPERTY SHALL BE: 10% down the day of sale. The sale bids on the property
may be reopened on or before ten (10} days following the sale date, with a raise of ten (10}
percent, pursuant to T.C.A. §35-5-110. The 2018 Property Taxes will be prorated and the 2017

The Cannon County Planning
Commission announces that a meeting to receive public comment regarding the proposed Cannon County Zoning Ordinance and the proposed official Cannon County Zoning Map will be held on July 24 2018 at 6PM at the Cannon County Courthouse. Paper copies of the proposed ordinance and the proposed map will be available at the office of the Cannon County Executive.
