WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated August 3, 2011, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded August 4, 2011, in Book No. 133, at Page 678, and modified on December 12, 2013, In Book No. 150, At Page 438 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Obie B Gnida, conveying certain property therein described to Richard A. Northcutt as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Mortgage Services, LLC, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A..
NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable; and that an agent of Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., as Successor Trustee, by virtue of the power, duty, and authority vested in and imposed upon said Successor Trustee, by JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., will, on May 7, 2019 on or about 12:00 PM, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, offer for sale certain property hereinafter described to the highest bidder FOR certified funds paid at the conclusion of the sale, or credit bid from a bank or other lending entity pre-approved by the successor trustee. Separate sealed bids for Contract 319 Rebid - Water Treatment Piping and Basin Painting and Repairs for Furnish & install materials and labor necessary to clean, blast and repaint all plant piping, make repairs to and recoat the existing basins and all related appurtenances shown on plans, will be received by the Town of Woodbury at the office of Woodbury Town Hall until 2:00 o'clock P.M., local time, Thursday May 2, 2019, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

An Optional Pre-Bid will be held at the Water Treatment Plant, located at 450 West Water Street, Woodbury, TN, on April 25, 2019 at 2:00 PM Local Time.
All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.
No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.

The Cannon County Board of Education is taking bids for the following kitchen drainage project at West Side School:
In the school kitchen, replace the main floor drain line starting underneath the dish machine, going through kitchen, underneath hallway, through classroom #2, and then connect to a 4" PVC line outside building that goes to the grease tank.
Install an approximately 84' 4" PVC pipe for the new drain line, cutting a 24" gap in the floor in kitchen, hallway and classroom #2
Install 2 floor sinks, 1 under dish machine, 1 under 3 compartment sink in the kitchen.
Connect water fountain to new drain line in hallway, connect hand sink to main drain line in the kitchen, putting in 2 floor drains in kitchen, and 1 cleanout in the kitchen that has a P-Trap.
Fill in gap with concrete that was cut to do project to the point that tile may be reinstalled.
All materials used to be furnished by contractor.
Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on April 30, 2019 at the Central Office of the Cannon County Board of Education, 301 W. Main St., Woodbury, TN 37190. Bids must be received at the Cannon County Board of Education central office in a sealed envelope marked "Westside Kitchen Drainage Project" by 10:00 AM on April 30, 2019 to be considered. Bids will be considered at the meeting of the board at 6:30 on May 9, 2019 at Woodbury Grammar School.

Public Hearing Notice
The Town of Woodbury Board of Mayor and Aldermen will be conducting a public hearing on May 7, 2019 at 7:00PM at City Hall. The purpose of the hearing is to receive final input on the proposed annexation for property owned by Cole Reed, Kendall Smith and Mike Hutchins. This area along Old McMinnville Road has been requested by the property owner to be annexed into the Woodbury Corporate Limits. Copies of a final annexation resolution can be found at Woodbury City Hall, Cannon County Court House and the Woodbury Post Office.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend.
