NOTICE for the March 6, 2012 Election December 7, 2011 is the first day that the County Election Commission may receive requests for absentee ballots to be voted by mail from armed forces personnel anywhere, their spouses, and from qualified voters temporarily staying outside the territorial limits of the United States and District of Columbia.
