BLANTON, AND ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS OF ELIZA BLANTON, ALSO KNOWN AS ELIZA FERRELL), with Summons by Publication, and upon sworn statements alleged in the Affidavit previously filed, and for good cause shown,
IT IS THEREFORE, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED by the Court that petitioner, Christina Henley Duncan, is allowed to serve defendants, all unknown heirs of James Blanton, also known as J.S. WHEREAS, Kris A. Parsley and Candice R. Parsley, husband and wife executed a Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Mortgage Services, LLC, Lender and Gateway Title Services, LLC, Trustee(s), which was dated February 27, 2015 and recorded on March 2, 2015 in Book 158, Page 362, Cannon County, Tennessee Register of Deeds.
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debt(s) and obligation(s) thereby secured by the said Deed of Trust and the current holder of said Deed of Trust, U.S. Bank National Association, (the "Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Brock & Scott, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

Notice is hereby given that on the 13th day of November, 2017, letters of testamentary or letters of administration with respect to the estate of Eugene Charles Hicks deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, resident and non-residents, having claims, matured and unmatured against the estate are required to file same with the Clerk of the Chancery Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2), otherwise claims will be forever barred:

Notice of Vacancies
The Cannon County Board of Commissioners will fill the following vacancies at its regular meeting on December 7, 2017 at 5 p.m. at the Cannon County Courthouse:
• Road Commission, Zone 3
• County Commission, District 2
• County Commission, District 3
Registered voters of Cannon County may submit names to the county commission for consideration; however, to be nominated, a member of the Commission must subsequently nominate such person. The names may be submitted in writing to the chair prior to the meeting or may be submitted in person at the meeting. Nominations do not require a second.
Any person nominated must live in the Zone or District for which they are nominated.
The person appointed to fill a vacancy will serve until a successor is elected at the next countywide General Election. The next Countywide General Election will be August 2, 2018.

The first item on the Agenda will be to consider the transfer of Cannon County Director of Schools Barbara Parker and any and all necessary action related thereto. The other item on the Agenda will be to appoint an Interim Director of Schools and any and all necessary action related thereto.
