Woodbury Housing Authority
Notice is hereby given to the residents of the Woodbury Housing Authority, the citizens of Woodbury, and all persons interested, that the housing authority is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Section 511 of the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998 Interim Rule to submit a Public Housing Agency Plan.
Further, the Agency Plan shall consist of an Annual Plan for the upcoming fiscal year 2012. The Annual Plan provides details about the housing authority’s proposed operations, development plans, capital improvements, and services for the upcoming fiscal year.
Prior to submission of the Agency Plan to HUD, we are soliciting comments and suggestions. We will be conducting a Public Hearing on Tueday, January 10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. at Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerrin Street, Woodbury, TN 37190, to discuss the proposed plans. All residents are encouraged to attend.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, you may submit written comments regarding the Annual Agency Plan to Ms. Pam Cunningham, Executive Director, Woodbury Housing Authority, 401 McFerrin Street, Woodbury, TN 37190. Written comments will be received through January 10, 2012.
