WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by that certain Deed of Trust executed on March 30, 2006, by Donald S Bromley and Crista Jo Bromley to Robert M. Wilson Jr., Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee, under Book Number 84, Page 534, ("Deed of Trust"); and

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP; and WHEREAS, BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, the current owner and holder of said Deed of Trust, (the "Owner and Holder"), appointed the undersigned, Nationwide Trustee Services, Inc., as Substitute Trustee by instrument filed for record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee, with all the rights, powers and privileges of the original Trustee named in said Deed of Trust; and

WHEREAS, pursuant to Tenn. Code Ann. § 35-5-117 (i), not less than sixty (60) days prior to the first publication required by § 35-5-101, the notice of the right to foreclose was properly sent, if so required; and

The Central Tennessee Regional Solid Waste Planning Board will receive and publicly open sealed bids for collecting and collating recycling tonnages from private industry. 

Bids will be opened December 15, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in the office of the Board Chairman, City of Murfreesboro Public Works Facility, 4765 Florence Road, P.O. Box 1739, Murfreesboro, TN, 37133-1739.

Specifications may be obtained from the Cannon County Mayor’s office during normal working hours.
