Land located in Cannon County, Tennessee, beginning at an I.P. in the south margin of Barrett Road being the common front corner of Gunter and Elkins and Sissom; thence with the line between said two properties, S 06 degrees 27' W 300 feet to a point; thence S 93 degrees 30' 300 feet to a point; thence N 06 degrees 27' E 300 feet to a point in the south margin of Barrett Road; thence with the margin of the same, N 93 degrees 30' W 300 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed to Armando Velazquez Lopez and wife, Maria Mosqueda Garcia, by deed dated April 30, 2007 of record in Record Book 98, page 170, in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee.
