NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated February 6, 2008, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded February 8, 2008, at Book 107, Page 514 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by David L. Ferrell and Kimberly H. Ferrell, conveying certain property therein described to Andrew C. Rambo a resident of Bedford County, Tennessee as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, INC as nominee for First Community Mortgage, Inc,; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee.

W 208.7 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acre, according to a survey of February 27, 1985 by Thomas D. Cook, Tennessee Registered Surveyor No 365.

Beginning at a point in the Southeast corner of a tract owned by the Grantee; running thence North 19 degrees 52 minutes West 174.94 feet to an iron pin; thence North 22 degrees 30 minutes West 208.7 feet to an iron pin; thence North 67 degrees 30 minutes East 262.2 feet to an iron pin; thence South 22 degrees 30 minutes East 278.95 feet to an iron pin; thence South 46 degrees 21 minutes West 289.73 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2 acres more or less.
This property is subject to a power line right of way running North-South over the Eastern portion of this tract.

Said sale will be made for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, and the undersigned Successor Trustee will deliver to the Purchaser a Successor Trustee's Deed conveying said property without any covenant or warranty expressed or implied but subject to all unpaid taxes and any liens which take priority as a matter of law.
The Successor Trustee at his sole discretion may at the time and place appointed for this sale in order to accomplish the most advantageous sale and consequent discharge of his trust obligation under the circumstances by oral announcement elect to adjourn the sale during regular business hours on the same day or on a different day, or at a different place, so long as no potential purchaser is thereby precluded from placing a bid.

NOTICE OF GRAND JURY MEETING

It is the duty of your Grand Jury to investigate any public offense which they know or have reason to believe has been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county.

Any person having knowledge or proof that such an offense has been committed may apply to testify before the Grand Jury subject to the provisions of Tennessee Code Annotated Section 40-1626. The Foreman of the Grand Jury is presently Mitch Wilson, 330 Riverbend Drive, Woodbury, Tennessee 1790.

The Grand Jury will next meet on Friday, May 25, 2012 at 8:30 a.m. in the Courtroom of the Cannon County Courthouse.

You may be prosecuted for perjury for any oral or written statement which you make under oath to the Grand Jury when you know the statement to be false, and when the statement touches on a matter material to the point in question.
