NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE`S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated October 22, 2015, executed by Juanita F. Roper, an unmarried woman, to CHARLES E.
