Being Lot Number 3A and beginning on an iron pin in the West margin of Mason Hollow Road, being Ferrell's Southernmost corner, thence with said road South 28 degrees 12 minutes West 3.01 feet; thence South 28 degrees 32 minutes West 98.77 feet; thence South 16 degrees 47 minutes West 66.32 feet; thence South 29 degrees 31 minutes East 85.08 feet to the Northwest intersection of Stones River Road and Mason Hollow Road; thence with the North margin of Stones River Road South 52 degrees 51 minutes West 254.04 feet; thence South 53 degrees 44 minutes West 50.35 feet; thence South 55 degrees 11 minutes West 57.05 feet; thence South 57 degrees 03 minutes West 30 feet to an iron pin; thence leaving said road and severing the land of Lance North 34 degrees 28 minutes West 1158.78 feet to a corner in Bourgeois' East line and also being a common corner between Lots 1 and 3 of the Lance property; thence with the South line of Lot 1 South 77 degrees 35 minutes East 905.95 feet to a fence post, being Ferrell's Northernmost corner; thence with Ferrell South 43 degrees 57 minutes West 159.39 feet; thence South 50 degrees 00 minutes East 290.55 feet to the beginning. Containing 10.10 acres, more or less, as surveyed by Tom B. Thaxton, RLS Number 105, on April 16, 1999. Included in the above described is a 10 foot driveway easement from Mason Hollow Road to a 12.14 acre tract lying West of the above described. There is a power line, telephone and a TVA power line across the above described.
