It is ordered that said Defendant enter his appearance herein within thirty (30) days after July 16, 2013 same being the date of the last publication of this notice to be held at the Cannon County Circuit Court located at Cannon County Courthouse, 1 Public Square, Woodbury, TN 37190 and defend or default will be taken on August 17, 2013.

Notice is hereby given that on the 17th day of June, 2013 letters of administration in respect of the estate of Patsy Darlene Fults, deceased, were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons, both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.
