Anderson, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Chancery Court of Cannon County, Tennessee. All persons both resident and non-residents, having claims matured and unmatured against said estate are required to file same with the clerk of the above named court within four months of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by a certain Deed of Trust executed September 12, 2007 by William I. Denson, and Barbara B. Denson, a/k/a Barbara Bratcher Denson, husband and wife to Arnold M. WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured by that certain Real Estate Deed of Trust for Tennessee executed on March 29, 2001, by Greg Mayfield and wife, Nina Jean Mayfield to David Seiver, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee in Book 10, Page 774, ("Deed of Trust"); and
WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed(s) of Trust is the United States of America, acting by and through the United States Department of Agriculture ("USDA"); and
