WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated December 10, 2012, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded December 14, 2012, in Book No. 143, at Page 94, in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Earley Rains, conveying certain property therein described to Tri Star Title Co., LLC as Trustee for Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for First National Mortgage Services, LLC, its successors and assigns; and the undersigned, Wilson & Associates, P.L.L.C., having been appointed Successor Trustee by U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION.

Thence with the southerly margin of the Old McMinnville Highway South 65 degrees, 09 minutes, 14 seconds East 258.08 feet to a pipe found at Brown's N-W corner. Thence with Brown's westerly boundary South 28 degrees, 23 minutes, 44 seconds West 139.51 feet to an iron pin found at Bielawski's N-W corner and Jennings' N-E corner. Thence with Jennings' Northerly boundary North 76 degrees, 29 minutes, 06 seconds West 187.40 feet to an iron pin found in Stewart's Easterly boundary. Thence with Stewart's Easterly boundary North 04 degrees, 23 minutes, 04 seconds East 187.92 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.81 acres, more or less, according to a survey by Franklin D. Barnes, RLS #1670, dated 20 Feb. 1997. This property is subject to and includes any and all lawful easements, setback lines, restrictions, etc. of record and applying to the within described property and to the zoning regulations of the appropriate governmental body. Being the same property conveyed to Earley Rains, a single person in Warranty Deed, as filed at Book 134, Page 105 in the Register's Office of Cannon County.
