RUSTEE'S SALE

Default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid in a certain Deed of Trust executed the 25th day of September, 2006, ALLIE MAE DECKER, an unmarried woman, to Rick J McCreadie as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Cannon County, Tennessee in Record Book 90, Page 584 and John B. Philip, Paul N. Royal, James A. Running from this point S 2° 07' W 125 feet to an iron pin, thence S 83° 20' W 115 feet to an iron pin; thence N 2° 07' E 125 feet to an iron pin, thence East approximately 115 feet to the point of beginning. For identification purposes only see Map 46, Parcel 55.00, Tax Assessor's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee.
