Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated JULY 31, 1998, executed by MATTHEW A. RIDENOUR, A SINGLE PERSON, to STEVE A. SMITH, 200 PUBLIC SQUARE, WOODBURY, TENNESSEE 37190, Trustee, of record in TRUST BOOK 144, PAGE 207, for the benefit of UNION PLANTERS BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, in the Register's Office for CANNON County, Tennessee and to J.
