SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE
Sale at public auction will be on February 7, 2017 on or about 1:00PM local time, at the Cannon County Courthouse, Woodbury, Tennessee, conducted by the Substitute Trustee as identified and set forth herein below, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by WILLIAM J. SHARPE, to Netco, Inc., Trustee, on July 2, 2015, at Record Book 160, Page 947-957 in the real property records of Cannon County Register's Office, Tennessee.
Being all of Lot No. 3, Cannon Downs, Phase 1, as shown of record in Plat Cabinet 2, Slide 2-101A, Register`s Office, Cannon County, Tennessee, to which reference is hereby made for a more complete description of said lot.
Being the same property or a portion of the same property conveyed to William J. Sharpe, an unmarried man by Instrument dated August 12, 2014 from Randal A. Beam, married filed on August 13, 2014 as Document Number and in Book 154 at Page 846 in the Cannon County records.
