TAKE NOTICE that a Petition for Adoption was filed by Brian Kenneth Bond and Allison Anne Bond on the 27th day of December, 2012, with the Clerk of Superior Court for Buncombe County, Asheville, North Carolina, in the above-entitled case.  The Petition relates to a male child born November 27, 2012 at Partridge East Hospital in Chattanooga, Hamilton County, Tennessee named Porter Bruce Farless, born to Margaret Kacey Farless.   Margaret is a twenty year old Caucasian female with hazel eyes and light brown long curly hair.  Margaret is approximately five feet five inches tall and weighs approximately one hundred fifty five pounds. The male minor child was conceived approximately February 26, 2012 in Woodbury, Cannon County, Tennessee.   Margaret could not identify the birth father or possible parent of this minor child.
TAKE NOTICE that you are required to make defense to such pleasing no later than forty (40) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, exclusive of such date.  Upon your failure to do so, the Petitioners will apply to the Court for the relief sought in the Petition.  Any Parental rights that you may have will be terminated upon the entry of the order of adoption.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE SALE NOTICE
Whereas, Alan Wade Betts, Jr., by way of Deed of Trust, dated June 26, 2007, of record in Book 99, page 782, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, conveyed to Randall Clemons, Trustee, for the benefit of Wilson Bank & Trust ("Lender"), the hereinafter described real property, to which reference is hereby made, and to secure payment of indebtednesses of grantor then existing or to arise thereafter.
