SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

Sale at public auction will be on November 4, 2014 at 10:00AM local time, at the center inside court house door, Cannon County Courthouse, 200 West Main Street, Woodbury, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Guy Alexander, to Kathy Winstead, Trustee, on January 18, 2008 at Record Book 107, Page 70; all of record in the Cannon County Register's Office.
Party entitled to enforce security interest: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, its successors and assigns
The following real estate located in Cannon County, Tennessee, will be sold to the highest call bidder subject to all unpaid taxes, prior liens and encumbrances of record:

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, default having been made of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust, dated August 21, 2009, executed by John A. Bryant, unmarried, to Dallas G. Caudle, Jr., Trustee, recorded in Record Book 121, page 308, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, embracing certain real estate hereinafter described, and the undersigned, Rodney M. Scott, having been appointed Substitute Trustee by an instrument duly recorded in Record Book 154, page 831, as corrected by instrument of record in Record Book 155, page 110, all in the Register's Office for Cannon County; and Franklin Synergy Bank, formerly MidSouth Bank, the holder of said indebtedness, having declared the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and said note not having been paid, and said holder having directed them so to do;

Beginning on an iron stake in the Southwest margin of Bryant Road in fence in Tommy Rogers's line, said stake being Southward about 0.2 mile from the Hollis Creek Road and running thence South 33 deg. 00' East, 25.00 feet with the Southwest margin of Bryant Road to a stake; thence South 52 deg. 43' West, 340.36 feet with a new line of Dr. William A. Bryant to an iron stake; thence South 33 deg. 00' East, 185.53 feet with a new line of Dr. William A. Being the same property conveyed to John A. Bryant, by Quitclaim Deed from Connie Bryant, as shown of record in Record Book 121, page 79, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee. Also reference deed of record in Book 164, page 100, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee.
This is unimproved property known as 1.17 acres, more or less, on Bryant Road, Woodbury, Tennessee, 37190.
SUBJECT to any and all matters of record affecting the subject property; all of the Register's Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and the zoning regulations of the appropriate governmental body.
All statutory foreclosure waiting periods have been met, as the loan secured by the aforesaid property is exempt under 12 CFR 1024.5(b) and 12 CFR 1026.3(a) as being made primarily for business, commercial, or agricultural purposes.
