SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE

Sale at public auction will be on November 4, 2014 at 10:00AM local time, at the center inside court house door, Cannon County Courthouse, 200 West Main Street, Woodbury, Tennessee, pursuant to Deed of Trust executed by Guy Alexander, to Kathy Winstead, Trustee, on January 18, 2008 at Record Book 107, Page 70; all of record in the Cannon County Register's Office.

SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE

WHEREAS, default having been made of an indebtedness described in and secured by that certain Deed of Trust, dated August 21, 2009, executed by John A. Bryant, unmarried, to Dallas G. Caudle, Jr., Trustee, recorded in Record Book 121, page 308, Register's Office for Cannon County, Tennessee, embracing certain real estate hereinafter described, and the undersigned, Rodney M. Scott, having been appointed Substitute Trustee by an instrument duly recorded in Record Book 154, page 831, as corrected by instrument of record in Record Book 155, page 110, all in the Register's Office for Cannon County; and Franklin Synergy Bank, formerly MidSouth Bank, the holder of said indebtedness, having declared the entire unpaid balance immediately due and payable, and said note not having been paid, and said holder having directed them so to do;

This is unimproved property known as 1.17 acres, more or less, on Bryant Road, Woodbury, Tennessee, 37190.
SUBJECT to any and all matters of record affecting the subject property; all of the Register's Office of Rutherford County, Tennessee, and the zoning regulations of the appropriate governmental body.
All statutory foreclosure waiting periods have been met, as the loan secured by the aforesaid property is exempt under 12 CFR 1024.5(b) and 12 CFR 1026.3(a) as being made primarily for business, commercial, or agricultural purposes.
