WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust Note dated March 15, 2005, and the Deed of Trust of even date securing the same, recorded March 21, 2005, at Book 70, Page 531 in Office of the Register of Deeds for Cannon County, Tennessee, executed by Ashley Taylor and Sherry Lynn Taylor, conveying certain property therein described to Andrew C.
