NOTICE OF SERVICE BY PUBLICATION
This matter came to be heard before the Chancery Court of Cannon Tennessee on May 19, 2014 where it was Ordered by the Honorable Robert Corlew, that publication of this notice shall be made in a publication seen by the general public and in the last known address of the parties in the above-styled case, specifically, Michael Cameron Floyd, Joslyn Floyd, Jada Floyd, Joshua Floyd, and any unknown heirs of the late Bobbie Jean Arledge. Notice is hereby given that a Counter-Petition has been filed in the above-styled case, and for which an answer is required by the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure. This Notice of Publication shall run for a consecutive four (4) week period. If there has been no answer of said Counter-Petition within the time prescribed by law, a default judgment may be issued. A copy of the Counter-Petition may be obtained in the Clerk and Master’s Office of the Cannon County Chancery Court.
