NOTICE TO LISA RENEE HOOPER The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a Petition seeking to declare the Children, Jeffrey Dwayne Barrett, Jr., Lilly Ann Ruth Barrett, and Joseph Alan Patrick Hooper A.K.A. Joseph Barrett, dependent and neglected and to award custody to other parties. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown. NOTICE OF WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT FIVE YEAR LOCAL STRATEGIC PLAN AVAILABILITY
The Five Year Local Strategic Plan for LWIA 7 will be available June 9, 2014 through July 10, 2014 for public review and comment. The plan explains the activities and services to be available from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019 to be provided through Local Workforce Investment Area Seven (LWIA 7).
LWIA 7 includes the following counties: Cannon, Clay, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, and White. The plan is available for review on the following websites: www.uchra.com and www.tncareercenter-cookeville.com. Click the "Employment and Training" link on the left side of main UCHRA webpage and then click the link titled "View the LWIA 7 Plan for 2014" to view the Plan. NOTICE OF MEETING Cannon County 9-1-1 Board of Directors
The Board of Directors of the Cannon County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District will meet at 11:30 a.m., June 24 in the Conference Room of the Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, Tennessee, or such other location as may be posted at the Courthouse, where and which time the Board will consider any matter that may be properly presented. A public hearing will be held to review the budget proposed for the fiscal year that begins July 1. Meetings of the Board are at the same time and location on the 2nd Tuesday of the months of June and December, and the 4th Thursday on the months of February, April, August, and October. The public is invited to all meetings.

Cannon County Highway Department is accepting sealed bids for a three (3) year capital outlay note for a tractor and bushhog for use by the County Highway Department for public projects.

At this time bids will be opened for materials for the fiscal year 2014-2015 at the Cannon County Highway Department Garage, 900 Old McMinnville Highway, P.O. Box 160, Woodbury, TN 37190.
The Cannon County Highway Department reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
