The State of Tennessee, Department of Children's Services, has filed a Petition seeking to declare the Children, Jeffrey Dwayne Barrett, Jr., Lilly Ann Ruth Barrett, and Joseph Alan Patrick Hooper A.K.A. Joseph Barrett, dependent and neglected and to award custody to other parties. It appears that ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.

You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Rutherford County, 1710 South Church Street, Murfreesboro, Tennessee, on the 17th of July, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. for a trial on the merits regarding the State's Petition; and to personally answer the Petition for Dependency and Neglect. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and time, without good cause, pursuant to the rules of Juvenile Procedure, Civil Procedure and relevant statutes will result in the loss of your right to contest the Petition for Dependency and Neglect and the awarding of custody of Jeffrey Dwayne Barrett, Jr., Lilly Ann Ruth Barrett, and Joseph Alan Patrick Hooper A.K.A. Joseph Barrett to a third party as the Court may order or direct. Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated October 16, 2012, executed by GARY M. SELLARS, conveying certain real property therein described to JOSEPH B. NOTICE OF WORKFORCE INVESTMENT ACT FIVE YEAR LOCAL STRATEGIC PLAN AVAILABILITY

 

The Five Year Local Strategic Plan for LWIA 7 will be available June 9, 2014 through July 10, 2014 for public review and comment. The plan explains the activities and services to be available from July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2019 to be provided through Local Workforce Investment Area Seven (LWIA 7).

 

LWIA 7 includes the following counties: Cannon, Clay, DeKalb, Fentress, Jackson, Macon, Overton, Pickett, Putnam, Smith, Van Buren, and White. NOTICE OF MEETING

Cannon County

9-1-1 Board of Directors

 

The Board of Directors of the Cannon County 9-1-1 Emergency Communications District will meet at 11:30 a.m., June 24 in the Conference Room of the Stones River Hospital in Woodbury, Tennessee, or such other location as may be posted at the Courthouse, where and which time the Board will consider any matter that may be properly presented.

A public hearing will be held to review the budget proposed for the fiscal year that begins July 1. Meetings of the Board are at the same time and location on the 2nd Tuesday of the months of June and December, and the 4th Thursday on the months of February, April, August, and October.

The public is invited to all meetings.
