CHARLES E. JAKES

Charles Eddie Jakes, 2502 Lascassas Pike, Murfreesboro, was charged with Attempted Violation of an Order of Protection on May 30 by Woodbury Patrolman John Fesmire and with Violation of an Order of Protection on June 7 by Woodbury Patrolman John House.

In the first instance Jakes allegedly contacted a relative of the petitioner and asked her to have the petitioner contact him.

In the second instance Jakes allegedly made contact with the petitioner by phone.

Total bond was set at $14,000. Jakes was appointed an attorney in court on June 19 and the case was set for July 24.
