Public Intoxication
Benjamin Code Couch was charged with public intoxication by Patrolman T. Stoetzel. A hearing is set for May 12 in General Sessions Court.

Expired License
Keianna Jessica Maxwell was charged with driving on an expired license by Patrolman Jimmy Hayes. A hearing is set for May 12 in General Sessions Court.

DUI Third Offense
Christal Crouch was arrested and charged with DUI, third offense, driving on a revoked license, fourth offense and violation of the implied consent law. Deputy Andrew Colwell arrested her on Jim Cummings Highway.
"When questioning Ms. Crouch about how much alcohol she had consumed, she stated that she had drank approximately four beers this morning, and had also been intoxicated the previous night," Colwell reported.
A 1.75 liter bottle of Canadian Mist was discovered in Ms. Crouch's car with a sales slip of April 6 (the same day as the offense). Approximately, two-thirds of the bottle had been consumed. A hearing date is set for May 5 in General Sessions Court.

Suspended license
Nathan Butts was charged with driving on a suspended license. A hearing date is set for June 2 in General Sessions Court.
