Police Find Drugs Inside Vehicle Of Wanted Man

Woodbury Police arrested a man on Dec. 22 on outstanding warrants, and in the process discovered a variety of drugs in his vehicle.

Kenneth Albert Marx Jr., 5474 Jim Cummings Hwy., Woodbury, is charged with simple possession of a Schedule II drug (methamphetamine), simple possession of a Schedule IV drug (marijuana), simple possession of a Schedule IV drug, simple possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe and a straw with white residue in it) and possession of Legend drugs (a pill bottle containing multiple types of pills).

Marx was stopped by Woodbury Police Patrolman John Fesmire on McFerrin Street.

An inventory search of the vehicle Marx was driving led to the discovery of the drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Total bond was set at $2,500. Initial court date is Jan. 25.
