Paul Howard McKnight, Sr., 69, died Saturday, August 11, 2012, at Middle Tennessee Medical Center.

A native of Cannon County, he lived in Woodbury.

A member of Jehovah Witness, he was retired from Pillsbury and a veteran of the army. He also loved fishing and gardening.

Survivors:   

Wife of 48 years: Jewell Walls McKnight of Woodbury

Mother: Pearl Moody Wooten of Summerville, GA

Children: Sandy McKnight Smitty (Rodney) of Woodbury & Paul McKnight, Jr. (Gwen) of Chandler, OK                                                                                                                                    

Grandchildren: Jonathan, Cameron, Andrew, & Benjamin McKnight, Cody & Allison Smitty

Brother: William Robert McKnight (Tara) of Murfreesboro

Sisters:  Pamela Clark (Danny) & Teresa Henson (Robert) all of Murfreesboro           
 
Also surviving are several nieces & nephews   

He was preceded his father, Richard Hudson McKnight.   
                                                 
Memorial Service will be held at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witness at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August 14, 2012.
