Patsy Darlene Fults

Patsy Darlene Fults, 46, died Tuesday, October 23, 2012 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She was a member of Sanders Fork Baptist Church and was employed in the homehealth field. She was preceded in death by her father, Roy Wesley.

Survivors include her son, Jonathan Nichols of Pea Ridge; mother, Martha Fults of Smithville; sister, Diane (Jeff) Hardin of Smithville; brothers, Russell (Helen)  Fults of Pea Ridge, Ricky (Janie) Fults of Pea Ridge, Wesley “Bull” Fults of Woodbury, Jackie Fults of Smithville, Jeff Fults and companion Miranda of Pea Ridge; several nieces and nephews also survive.

The funeral was held at DeKalb Funeral Chapel on Friday, October 26 with Bro. Gayle Alexander officiating. Burial was in Nichols and Fults Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses.

DeKalb Funeral Chapel in Smithville was in charge of arrangements.
