Descendants of William Dee and Alice DuBois Paschal met at the mill. Their six children were Johnnie Franklin, who married Hott Knox, Samuel David who married Willie Reed, Neal who married Annie Lois Parton, Ruth who married Jess Reed, Ruby who married Leburn Odom and Sarah who married Marvin Woods.

Attending were:
Grandchildren, Jerry Paschal and wife Faye, Russell Paschal and wife Janet, Judy Odom Jacons, Naomi Reed Jennings and husband Harold, Jan Odom Purvis and husband Phil, Donnie and Brenda Odom, Jimmy Woods, Janice Apple, Harold Woods, Connie Reed Miller, Robbie Reed Vance.

Great-grandchildren: Randy Vance and wife Faye, Mike Vance and wife Dwinna, Sandy Vance and husband Eddy Bessire, Kaye Bowman Bryson, Cecil Bowman, Chrissy Bowman and husband Jerry Vaughn.

Great-great-grandchild, Ty Mullins.

Unable to attend were grandchildren, David Odom and wife Charlene, due to David's accident; Joanne Paschal Smith of Virginia Beach, Va., Shirley Paschal White, Brooklyn, MI, Sammie (Pat) Paschal of Dearborn, MI.

Grandchildren who died were Ralph Reed, Lurcie Reed, Billy Woods and Neal Woods.
