Over 60 Listed On General Sessions Docket

The docket for Cannon County General Sessions Court on Tuesday, Sept. 27, lists over 60 defendants, including an alleged child rapist and multiple persons accused of manufacturing and/or selling drugs.

Following are those persons scheduled to appear before Judge Susan Melton:

Michael Lynn Adcock, public intoxication (three counts), evading arrest and disorderly conduct.

April Ann Barrett, driving on a suspended license.

Ace Jerome Barrett, DUI 1st offense and violation of the implied consent law.

Becky Lee Bess, violation of probation, 2nd offense, two counts.

Walter Larry Bess, initiation of the process to manufacture methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, dogs at large, violation of domestic violence bond conditions and violation of probation (two counts).

Aaron J. Brewer, simple possession of Schedule II.

Daxton Carter Burt, underage driving while impaired.

Noe Isreal Campos, driving on a suspended license, 3rd offense, violation of probation and violations of the financial responsibility and registration laws.

Billy Ray Carmick, violation of probation, 2nd offense.

Mary Ellen Carmack, driving on a suspended license.

Tiffany Ann Carpenter, driving while license suspended (two counts) and violation of probation, 2nd offense.

Thomas C. Coleman, violation of probation, 2nd offense.

Larry Van Davis, reckless burning.

Justin Ross Deaton, violation of probation.

Phillip Dinovo, theft under $500.

James Chadwick Emberton, driving on a suspended license, speeding (72/55) and violation of the registration law.

Joseph Michael Faulk, aggravated burglary and theft over $500.

Brittane Hope Fauls, theft over $1,000 and theft under $500.

Coty Brandon Ferrell, domestic assault petition.

Ricky Wesley Lee Fults, domestic assault, kidnapping, aggravated burglary, vandalism and theft under $500.

Flint Wilson Gilley, DUI 3rd offense.
