• Public Hearing regarding Ordinance No. 504, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee to zone parcel 063.01 shown on tax map 039 to the R-2 Residential Zoning District (Old McMinnville Road, property recently annexed, owned by Cole Reed, Kendall Smith, and Mike Hutchins)

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 504 on second and final reading

• Public Hearing regarding Ordinance No. 505, an ordinance to amend the zoning map of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee to REZONE a parcel at the intersection of Meadowbrook Drive and South McCrary Street from the R-1 Residential Zoning District to the R-2 Residential Zoning District. (As recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission)

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 505 on second and final reading.

• Public Hearing regarding Ordinance No. 506, an ordinance adopting the annual budget and tax rate for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 and ending June 30, 2020.

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 506 on second and final reading.

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 507 on first reading, an ordinance to allow Ten (10) feet side yard setbacks within the R-2, High Density Residential zoning district. (As recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission)

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 508 on first reading, an ordinance to include regulations for fences within the corporate limits of the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee. (As recommended by the Woodbury Planning Commission)

• Consider adoption of Ordinance No. 509 on first reading, an ordinance amending the original budget ordinance for the Town of Woodbury, Tennessee for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018 and ending June 30, 2019.

• Michael Reed of 208 Murfreesboro Road would like to address the board concerning the town's code on animals/livestock.
